Project 1

A good example of a landscaping and architectural design challenge that was taken on as a project.

After purchasing the residence, the owners felt it needed a landscaping makeover.

The owners were referred to Northwest Classics Landscaping, who were invited to come and see how and what they could do to help beautify the home and the landscaping on the property.

Phil Cerna: " We felt that the home had beautiful lines, but weren't being realized. The entranceway was also hidden from view.

After our in-depth analysis of the property, Northwest Classics Landscaping took this residence on as a complex project.

As you can see from these photos, the before and after results are stunning."

The goal of any landscaping project that Northwest Classics Landscaping does work on is customer satisfaction. The residence and the property took on a new personality over time, and the clients were thrilled with the results.

a beautiful home with architectural lines not being fully realized

Our landscaping team took many photographs of the residence from all angles, looked at property lines, and made these two key observations:

• Since the home was not properly set on the lot, the beauty of the architectural lines on the home could not be realized
• The entrance way was not the primary focus. Moving closer to the house, the visitor was forced/directed toward the garage door and not the actual entranceway to the residence.
