"It started more than two years ago with an idea and a design plan for our backyard. After more than two years and five different "landscape specialists" who didn't really want to work we came across Northwest Classics Landscaping and Phil Cerna. Phil took the time to actually drive my wife, my son and myself around on a Saturday morning to show us several of the jobs they had completed for other clients.

We were impressed with their work, Phil's honesty and his integrity, and the fact that he was willing to spend most of a Saturday with us. Phil was willing to listen to our ideas and bring them into a final design for our yard.

My entire family was impressed with the company's work ethic. Within a week of accepting the bid, NW Classics had a crew at my front door very early in the morning ready for work. Just like the Postman, come rain or shine they were there working. At one point the rain was so hard they had to erect a tent over them while they continued with the cement work on our walls.

Every week, sometimes two or three times each week, either Phil or Bob was on the phone with my wife and I checking with us to make sure that we were happy with their work and checking to see if we wanted any changes made. We did, twice, and both times they had NO problems shifting gears and making the changes we requested.

Of the six different landscape companies we talked to I will say emphatically that Northwest Classics and ALL of their employees were the most professional, the most honest and enthusiastic about their work and our happiness. It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil, Bob and their entire company and most importantly my wife is very happy with their work and her beautiful backyard.
